Cancellation & Other Spa Policies

We love what we do and deeply appreciate our clients! Because our estheticians rely on their schedule and time slots fill up quickly, we enforce the following policies to ensure smooth operations and fair support for our team.

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Fees

• Small & Medium Services (15–30 mins): $50 fee for cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours or no-shows.

• Services Over 30 Mins: $100 fee for cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours or no-shows.

• Full Body Laser Hair Removal: 50% charge of the scheduled service for cancellations/rescheduling within 72 hours or no-shows (deposits apply toward this fee).

• Injectables: Must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, or the $100 deposit is forfeited and the card on file is charged $100.

• Consultations: Free, but subject to a $50 no-show or late-cancellation fee if missed without 48 hours' notice.
  (Note: Cancellation fees go directly to support your technician).

2. Laser Hair Removal Pre-Shave Policy

• Please arrive shaved for all major laser services (legs, arms, Brazilian, full body; minor touch-up areas are okay).

• Unshaven appointments will incur an extra 10% charge of the scheduled laser service to prevent schedule delays for subsequent clients.

3. Refunds & Packages

• We do not offer refunds, but services may be exchanged for alternative treatments.

• Laser packages never expire!
